1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of Kids Browser, the Kids Browser website, downloadable software, support channels, and related services provided by the Kids Browser Team.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Kids Browser, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Kids Browser for a child, you confirm that you are the child’s parent, legal guardian, teacher, school administrator, or another authorized adult responsible for that child’s browsing setup.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not download, install, access, or use Kids Browser.

2. Who may use Kids Browser

Kids Browser is designed for families and child-friendly browsing environments. It should be installed, configured, and supervised by an adult.

  • Children should use Kids Browser only with permission and supervision from a parent, guardian, school, or authorized adult.
  • Adults are responsible for ensuring that the setup is appropriate for the child’s age, maturity, school needs, and local rules.
  • If Kids Browser is used in a school, organization, or shared device environment, the responsible administrator must ensure that usage follows applicable policies and laws.

3. Parent and guardian responsibility

Kids Browser helps parents create a simpler and safer browsing experience, but it does not replace adult supervision, family rules, or conversations about online safety.

Parents and guardians are responsible for:

  • Choosing which websites, shortcuts, content settings, and browsing rules are suitable.
  • Reviewing the browser configuration regularly as the child’s needs change.
  • Protecting parent passwords, device accounts, PINs, payment methods, and support information.
  • Teaching children about privacy, downloads, ads, strangers, chats, forms, and personal information.
  • Using operating system controls, antivirus tools, and network safety tools where appropriate.

4. What Kids Browser provides

Kids Browser may include child-friendly browser features, parent-managed shortcuts, child profiles, usage controls, media controls, safer browsing tools, support resources, and optional premium family features.

  • Remove copyright, trademark, security, or ownership notices from the software or website.

6. Accounts, subscriptions, and billing

Some Kids Browser features may require an account, license key, subscription, or paid plan. When you purchase or activate a paid feature, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your billing and contact details up to date.

  • Prices, plans, feature limits, and billing periods may be displayed on the website or checkout page.
  • Premium access may be limited to the plan, device, family, account, or license terms shown at purchase.

  • If a payment fails, is reversed, or is suspected of fraud, premium access may be suspended or cancelled.

7. Downloads, installation, and updates

You should download Kids Browser only from the official website or official links shared by the Kids Browser Team. Unofficial installers, modified versions, or third-party download mirrors may be unsafe.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the stated system requirements.
  • Updates may be required for security, compatibility, stability, or continued access to certain features.
  • We may change, suspend, remove, or improve features as part of product development.
  • You should keep your operating system, antivirus, security settings, and Kids Browser installation updated.

8. Privacy and child data

Your use of Kids Browser is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully, especially if Kids Browser is used by or for a child.

Parents should avoid sending unnecessary child personal information through support requests, screenshots, bug reports, or contact forms. When child-related information is needed, it should be limited to what is necessary to provide the service or resolve the issue.

9. Third-party websites, services, and content

Kids Browser may allow access to websites, videos, games, search results, educational resources, payment processors, app stores, or other third-party services that we do not own or control.

  • Third-party websites may have their own terms, privacy policies, ads, tracking tools, content rules, and account systems.
  • Kids Browser is not responsible for third-party websites, content, downloads, purchases, messages, accounts, or policies.
  • Parents should review any third-party service before allowing a child to use it.

10. Intellectual property

Kids Browser, including its name, logo, website design, software, interface, code, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by the Kids Browser Team or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Kids Browser to you. They give you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable permission to use Kids Browser according to these Terms and any plan or license terms that apply.

11. Disclaimers and limitations

Kids Browser is provided to help families manage browsing more clearly, but no browser, filter, parental control tool, software product, or online service can guarantee complete protection.

  • Kids Browser does not guarantee that all harmful, unsuitable, inaccurate, or unwanted content will be blocked.
  • Kids Browser does not replace adult supervision, education, or device-level security.
  • Kids Browser may contain bugs, compatibility issues, downtime, incomplete features, or limitations.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kids Browser is provided “as is” and “as available”.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the product.

12. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Kids Browser services, premium features, support, accounts, or licenses if we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated, payment has failed, fraud has occurred, security is at risk, or continued access may harm users or the service.

You may stop using Kids Browser at any time. If you uninstall the software, you remain responsible for any unpaid fees or obligations that existed before uninstalling, where applicable.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, security improvements, business changes, or clearer wording. When we make material changes, we may update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of Kids Browser after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
