FAQ

Kids Browser questions, answered

Quick answers about pricing, device linking and Parent Control.

Is Kids Browser free?

Kids Browser has a free plan for one child, a $50/year Family plan for up to 5 children with screenshots, and a $200/year Family Pro plan for up to 20 children with Remote Desktop and File Manager.

Can I manage my child’s browser from another location?

Yes. After the device is linked to your Parent Control account, remote actions can be sent over the existing Relay when the child device is online and reachable.

How is a child device linked?

Each installed Kids Browser device has a stable device control code. A parent who has that code can use Parent Control Panel to link the device, subject to the service’s device verification.

What is the default Parent PIN?

A fresh Kids Browser installation starts with Parent PIN 0000. The parent can change it after setup. Keep the PIN private from the child.

Can a parent see what is open now?

When the linked child profile is online, Parent Control can show live browsing status such as the current page title, URL or host provided by the browser.

Can I lock the browser remotely?

Yes. A parent can lock a linked child browser and later unlock it remotely. The child can also request an unlock, and a parent can unlock locally with the Parent PIN.

Can one family manage multiple children?

Yes. Parent Control is designed around linked devices and child profiles, so a family can manage the child profiles available on its linked Kids Browser devices.

What if the child device is offline?

Live status and immediate remote actions require the linked child device to be online and reachable. The portal will show offline state when current live information cannot be obtained.
